FAQ’s

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order? We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days. Please allow up to 14 working days from placing your order for delivery. 

Sweet orders, personalised products and some homewares have a 7-14 working days turnaround due to some items being custom made to order. 

Our turnaround time does not include weekends and bank holidays. 

What Couriers Do You Use? We use a range of couriers including Evri, Royal Mail and Parcelforce. 

Evri, DPD, UPS and Parcelforce all have tracking services. Royal mail orders are not tracked. If you require tracking, please choose a tracked delivery service. 

Where Can I Find My Order Number? Your order number will be in your confirmation email. Please ensure you are using the correct email address at checkout. 

Why Has My Item Been Refunded? Occasionally, we make a mistake on stock levels. Your item will be refunded if it is no longer available when we go to ship out your order. We will always email you when this happens.
